Moku at Oasis Ara Damansara: Snapshot
Moku proves to be a protein powerhouse; we liked everything we tried here – skewers of chicken liver (RM2.50), pope’s nose (RM3.50) & cheese tsukune (RM4); pork belly (RM4.50), neck (RM10) & streaky bacon (RM10); beef tongue (RM15). lamb short loin (RM10) & whole squid (RM20), all smoky, juicy & flavoursome. Partner with a cold-pressed juice of kale, cucumber & honey, or bring your own wine.
