Zenjo at Empire Damansara: Restaurant Review
Seeking sushi at Zenjo, a Japanese eatery which exudes a calm elegance at Empire Damansara.
Solid Selection of Sushi Rolls
Zenjo whips up a solid selection of sushi rolls – oyster makis (RM29), smoked duck makis (RM32), unagi chilli makis (RM28) & more, competently prepared. No terrific surprises, but no terrible shocks either.
Wide-Ranging Menu
The menu’s wide-ranging enough for a full meal – from satisfying starters like monk fish liver (RM23) & mentaiko (RM12).
To mains of Japanese squid grilled with sea salt (RM30) & fried rice with eel (RM28), washed down with sake & green tea.
