Indonesia made raving news with the succession of finally getting the beloved instant mee goreng flavour transferable to ice cream texture, so here’s Malaysia’s turn!

Bringing together one of Malaysia’s most innovative ice cream creators Crème De La Crème and Air Asia’s in-flight menu brand Santan, the country’s 63rd Merdeka celebrations and Malaysia Day commemorations promises to be great ones.

With a creamy coconut base and original real sambal that’s chutney-sweet, this dish that has been a signature menu item at Santan for five years now is a definite not-to-miss, however outlandish your initial ideas might be!
