Themed ‘Sajian Aneka Rasa’, the hotel’s culinary brigade led by Executive Chef Supi Mansor are ready to cook up a feast. The team will be presenting a tantalising spread comprising of a lovely buffet, as well as  live cooking and carving stations for a truly Malaysian experience.

Kerabu, ulam and sambal

Keeping in line with the company’s philosophy of involving the communities around us and celebrating local flavours, the hotel has tied up with local food vendor, Pak Udin, to showcase his ever popular lemang bakar – a Malay dish made up of glutinous rice, coconut milk, salt and cooked over slow fire in a hollowed bamboo stick as a part of the buffet highlights. Pak Udin began his business in 1995 in Seremban, and the secret behind his firm, moist, and fragrantly smoky coconut delicacy, is a well-kept family recipe handed down over generations.

Break your fast with a selection of fine dates, before tucking into a wide selection of appetisers from kerabu mangga muda, ulam, tauhu sumbat and acar buah, before diving into a delectable variety of main courses such as ayam percik, daging rendang, sambal udang petai, kari kepala ikan, bubur lambuk, and kambing kari. Most importantly, not forgetting essential lemang and ketupat bakar to complete the experience.

The ‘Sajian Aneka Rasa’ will be priced at RM138 nett per adult, and RM69 nett nett per child from 5 May until 3 June 2019 throughout the holy month. Enjoy a special early bird promotion if you book from now until 20 April 2019 at only RM99 nett nett per adult, and RM49 nett per child for reservations confirmed between 5 May to 11 May 2019 and 27 May to 3 June 2019.
