Papasan Canteen at Kuchai Lama: Snapshot
Fun Japanese fusion fare forms the foundation of Papasan’s pleasures, with a potentially crowd-rousing Dogstar (RM18; a hot dog with a beef sausage, bonito flakes and garlic mayo) and signature sushi roll with thinly sliced foie gras, salmon aburi, crab sticks, cucumber and tobiko (RM24).
A smattering of classics remains available at this cheerful neighbourhood hangout, including a chirashi bowl with a little lime for extra zip (RM24). Cappuccino and a tangerine plum soda headline the beverage list.
