H&T at PJ Sea Park: Snapshot

H&T stands for Hungry & Thirsty. It’s right to head here ravenous, since the grub is good; the roasted pork rib (RM43) & Cajun-spiced belly skewers (RM13) proved equally succulent & confidently seasoned. We’d have ordered more food (the porchetta pizza, Japanese-inflected miso pork burger & Chinese-influenced braised pork noodles all sound tempting, clearly striving to fulfil the restaurant’s very ambitious tagline of ‘best babi in town’), but the lycheetini (RM98 for a jug) proved somewhat more syrupy than alcoholic, & wine wasn’t available when we visited (though it should be by now).
