Review: WIP on the Park
April 28th, 2025
The Klang Valley’s current twin crazes, burgers and coffee, come together at Puchong’s Setiawalk complex, where two neighboring cafes, Go Burger Kitchen and CAFFEine, have begun working to complement each other.
Go Burger Kitchen, which opened this week, is bright and family-friendly, serving basic burgers now but with plans for innovation in the future.
The signature Go Big Boy burger is not bad, featuring a four-ounce Aussie grass-fed beef patty with beef bacon, double cheese and onion rings.
Pork hogs the limelight in the Swiss Piggy burger, boasting a (supposedly organic) pork patty with Swiss cheese, sauteed mushrooms and grilled onions.
Fowl fans, fear not: Chicken comes into play too, boosted by a side helping of GBK’s own mustard recipe (and there’s also the now-inescapable portobello mushroom vegetarian burger).
Service is friendly and the proprietor seems genuinely interested in customer feedback. All in all, an OK stop if you’re in Puchong and craving burgers.
At GBK, customers can order coffee, which will be brought over from CAFFEine next door.
