Enjoy incredible fusion favourites featuring Baba marinated roasted turkey with Nyonya acar, pan-seared red snapper with Malaysian creamy curry sauce, roulade turkey breast stuffed with cassava and tapioca leaves, Australian grass-fed beef goulash and a giant rainbow durian yule log.

New Year’s Eve Buffet Dinner 31 December 2019

Countdown to New Year’s Eve with a sumptuous buffet spread. Get treated to marinated Norwegian salmon fillet with Malaysian sweet and sour honey mustard sauce, stewed lamb shanks enriched with Borneo spices, as well as Grandma’s oxtail asam pedas. Lastly, complete your feast with assorted desserts such as classic fruit cake with a Malaysian twist.
