Share the Joy of Christmas, Sky High at Element Kuala Lumpur
This Yulitude Season, Element Kuala Lumpur shares the joy of Christmas with breathtaking views of Petronas Twin Towers and Kuala Lumpur city. Soak in the festive atmosphere with merry music with a Christmas tree decked out in decorations and festive lights. The hotel also prepared a slew of festive goodies and delectable feasts at TRACE Restaurant and Bar. Diners who wish to celebrate at home however, can serve up a banquet of good food with our Chef’s help.
Trace Restaurant and Bar
Start from an ensemble of appetizers and soups, select from a selection of cold cuts, terrine or whet diner’s appetites with cheese and crackers to kick start the merriment. Diners can select their choice of main course; which includes highlights such as roasted turkey, prime beef rib, venison saddle with pommery mustard sauce, and many more.
A must-try from the list is the Australian Angus Prime Rib, marinated with Texan spices and simmered in a sous-vide for 12 hours. The meat is tender, juicy, and packed full of flavor. Round up your meal with an array of Yuletide desserts including Christmas fruit cake, and not forgetting the two-meter long yule log cake. It is the perfect time to eat, drink and celebrate to your heart’s content.

Take-Home “Turkey To Go”
Spruce up your festive celebration at home with gourmet take-home succulent roast treat. Returning this year on the menu is the certified Halal Whole Roasted Turkey. Each order is served with roasted potatoes, sautéed vegetables, Brussel sprouts, apple chestnut stuffing, cranberries, and giblet gravy. Place an order three days in advance to ensure a delectable fuss free Christmas feast. The Turkey is priced at RM 420 nett and is available from 1st of December till 31st of December 2019.
TRACE New Year’s Eve BBQ Buffet Dinner
Countdown into the New Year with friends and loved ones at TRACE Restaurant and Bar’s New Year Eve Dinner Buffet. Relish in a feast of seafood varieties including oysters, black mussels, slipper lobster, assorted ala-minute grilled meats, a host of delicious Asian cuisine, and much more. Diners can indulge in selections of tuna tataki, grilled portobello, and roasted prime beef ribs. Complement the indulgence with lavish sweet servings of fruit cakes, frangipane longan tarts, plum royale tart alongside local delights such as bubur serawa durian and local fruits.
