Not to Be Missed: The Beer Factory's Snowskin Mooncakes with Guinness and Edelweiss

Following a modern tradition of offering beer-infused mooncakes (that have been insanely popular!), local bar chain The Beer Factory (TBF) and Malaysia’s favourite stout Guinness, releases the annual Mid-Autumn mooncakes.

This year sees an extra special partnering, as newcomer Edelweiss, the premium wheat beer born in the Alps, joins in making a white paring to the black mooncake.

Wrapped in a white chocolate snowskin depicting the snow-capped peaks of Europe with the iconic flower emblem, the Edelweiss mooncake is bursting with the refreshing floral flavour combined with alcohol-infused lotus paste. The Guinness mooncake remains a velvety black, deep-roasted flavours of Guinness and chocolate-infused lotus paste with an alcohol-infused golden bean paste centre for the perfect seasonal rich and indulgent treat.

Fans can place orders via TBF’s website for collection at preferred participating TBF outlets at later dates. Each set is of two limited-edition mooncakes priced at RM98, where fans can also mix and match preferred Guinness and Edelweiss variants. Delivered in an elegant and premium presentation box, these mooncakes are the ideal gift for Guinness and Edelweiss lovers and more.
