For the first time, Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill at Sunway Resort embraces Chinese New Year with a specially curated limited-time menu from January 28 to February 5, 2025, designed for a more intimate celebration of up to four guests. We actually got to experience this unique CNY feast and found it be creative and delicious in equal parts.
Signature dishes include the Steamed Turbot on the Bone, symbolising abundance, and the Truffle Roasted Chicken, infused with foie gras and black truffle (MYR 580). The Slow Roasted Lamb Leg, served with salsa verde and rosemary jus, shares the same price point, while the Wagyu Ribeye on the Bone (MYR 980) takes centre stage with roasted potatoes and bordelaise jus. Every meal includes a traditional yee sang and three premium sides, making for an opulent and festive dining experience.
