This low-key eatery is a decent destination for diving into a Japanese dinner of comfort carbs – a rice roll stuffed with foie gras, a bowl of rice topped with tuna belly and sea urchin, and a hot-pot of rice mixed with mushrooms and truffle oil, all capably prepared.
