HoHoHo-To-Go! Holiday Feasts at Resort Cafe Sunway
We can’t leave 2020 behind without an exciting feast to make up for it! And Sunway Resort Hotel and Spa has just the thing to help say goodbye to this eventful year and welcome the new one with HoHoHo-To-Go menus.
Specially curated by Executive Chef Peter Lee and his team of specialty chefs, these time-honoured festive offerings of Christmas favourites and holiday dishes are bound to be loved by all.
Signature dishes and menu items included for small or large families. Main centerpieces feature the Roasted Turkey, brined and slow roasted to perfection for almost two hours. Served with sides of Brussels sprouts, dried fruit stuffing buttered chestnuts, cranberry-orange compote, and giblet gravy, a whole family of 12 adults will be having a satisfying feast!
For smaller parties who also would like to relish in traditional Turkey dishes, a menu of Turkey Leg—tender meat glazed with tamarind barbecue sauce—is served with mac-cheese, Brussels sprouts, grilled pineapple, citrus-cranberry compote, and delicious gravy. All suitable for 2-3 persons!
Should you prefer beef instead of turkey, the Chef’s specialty highlight of the season is the Wagyu Beef Karubi. Served with sautéed mushrooms, roasted Brussels sprouts, chestnuts, winter truffle potatoes, and braising reduction.
Or if you want to make things extra special with lamb instead, a Roasted Leg of Lamb rubbed with Dijon mustard, herbs and spices, and served with garlic bulbs, bell pepper, onion relish, festive sprouts, and lemon potatoes with mint hollandaise and harissa jus.
White meat preferences will be treated to Roasted Free-Range Chicken, marinated with rosemary-garlic and prepped in a brick roast style. Not to be left out are also the sides of Brussels sprouts, dried fruit stuffing buttered chestnuts, and giblet gravy.
And if all those still didn’t strike a fancy, the Salmon Wellington, a salmon fillet and spinach wrapped in puff pastry—served with Brussels sprouts, winter mushrooms, mustard mashed potato, caviar sauce, and hollandaise is also here for you.
The HoHoHo-To-Go Holiday Feasting takeaway menu also covers all bases with salads and traditional desserts galore! From Stollen, Christmas Nutty Fruit Cake, Yule Log, Mince Pie, Cookies, and more—only available at Sunway Resort Hotel and Spa’s The Resort Café.
Orders must be made at least 24 hours in advance!
