Rony Recipe at Telawi, Bangsar: Restaurant Review

Here’s a look at Rony Recipe (which has no signboard so far, due to DBKL red-tape). It’s a small but bright and welcoming space.

Have Rony’s massive strawberry tart (RM15.80, a portion for four people), generously crowned with U.S. Driscoll’s berries.

The selection isn’t wide, but cranberry scones with cream cheese & blueberry jam (RM4.80)  taste worthwhile, while the Oreo cheese tart feels fairly fresh.

 Blueberry muffins? Maybe next time.

Custom-made Barbie “jelly cakes,” pretty alluring (no, they’re not creepy at all!).

Earl Grey tea caps this meal. Would love to spike this with a little gin.
