At Merchants, the hotel’s vibrant all-day dining restaurant on level 13, guests can savour the Easter Bountiful Hi-Tea Buffet, featuring an abundant spread of Asian and local delights. Highlights include juicy roasted beef, freshly rolled sushi, aromatic satay, and succulent chicken shawarma. Easter Brunch at Le Midi

For a more elevated affair, literally (level 32) and figuratively, Le Midi, the hotel’s elegant French specialty restaurant, presents the Easter Brunch Eggs-travaganza. This three-hour culinary showcase blends Western sophistication with local flair, serving premium favourites such as Beef Wellington, Salt-Baked Norwegian Salmon, and Spinach Tortellini alongside fragrant Lamb Briyani and Wok-Fried Kam Heong Prawns. Perfect for families and discerning diners alike, each dish is crafted to impress, making this a feast to remember. We have indulged in Le Midi’s Sunday Brunch previously (and recently), and though the curated menu is going to be a bit different (and expanded with some new items) for the special Easter Brunch, we can confirm the restaurant is a most enjoyable dining venue, with great food, friendly service, and outstanding scenic city views – all with a value-for-money price point that’s hard to resist. We thoroughly enjoyed our brunch experience there and expect that the Easter version would be even better!
