BBQ buffs might want to make a house call to Beard Brothers, a home-based set-up whose follicly unchallenged founder Nazri serves devotedly tender beef briskets, ribs and lamb shoulders, smoked low and slow, four days a weeks, determined to satiate your meat cravings, with a flavour that’s somewhere in between Kansas and Kampung Datuk Keramat. A minimum serving of 200 grammes of meat with a potato salad and coleslaw sets you back by RM35 to RM45. Note that the food is for takeaway only.
