Uppercase Rooftop Bistro at Metro Hotel: Snapshot
A secret sanctuary in the sky: The rooftop bistro of Metro Hotel KL delivers a discreet hideout that dishes out decent grub.
For our visit some time back, we enjoyed the turmeric-fried rice with curry leaves and crushed salted egg yolk (RM9) and spaghetti carbonara with chicken ham, cheese and a poached egg (RM18.50), though the menu has likely evolved since then.
Specials like creamy laksa with cockles might be available occasionally. Savour the serenity with a view of KL Tower in the distance.
