Bliss at Sri Hartamas: Snapshot

Bliss replaces Sri Hartamas institution Riblee’s, maintaining the venue’s penchant for pork. Interesting items on the menu include the Maharaja (RM29.90), a serving of pork with undercurrents of Indian spices, served with mint chutney, fruit slaw and sweet potato fries.

You’ll find offerings with both Eastern and Western inspirations – nasi lemak with pork berempah, pork knuckle in stout-infused stew, plus fried rice with (deep breath) pork lard croutons, Chinese sausage, smoked bacon and luncheon meat.
