Xin Chao at Solaris Dutamas: Snapshot

Xin Chao brings a bit of Vietnam to Solaris Dutamas, tackling traditional classics like pho (RM20.90 for a bowl bristling with beef brisket, flank, meatballs, tendon and tripe) and bun ga nuong (RM15.90; rice vermicelli with grilled chicken in lime-tinged chilli vinaigrette) with a reasonable air of authenticity.

It’s a worthwhile addition to Publika, expanding the horizons of this complex’s Southeast Asian F&B landscape beyond Malaysian and Thai fare.

For a fun snack paired with a delicious drink, try the deep-fried crispy trio of sweet potato, cassava and yam fritters (RM5.90) and the ice-blended ciku juice, a very welcome tribute to one of our favourite fruits, showcasing natural ciku nuances (RM12.90).
