These celebratory ice cream petit gateaux will usher in the Year of the Rat in the most tasty and adorable way possible, and are limited to the 15th day of Chinese New Year (the 8th of February 2020) only.

• Pineapple

Based on the popular seasonal local treat, this miniature ‘pineapple’ is a savory blend of coconut sorbet, caramel ice cream, and pineapple sorbet encased in a vanilla dacquoise.

• Fu 福

Chinese New Year is practically incomplete without something symbolising fortune, and this auspiciously red money bag combines Weiss 63% dark chocolate ice cream with fresh mandarin sorbet and candied orange peel, plus almond praline!

• Mousey

As this is the Year of the Rat/Mouse, this adorable creation is an exclusive blend of strawberry ice cream layered with refreshing lychee sorbet, perfect for welcoming in the new Lunar Year afresh.

The trio of petit gateaux is priced at RM22 each, so keep the Chinese New Year wishes abundant!
