The Gallery at TTDI: Snapshot

The menu has likely evolved here since our visit some time back, but The Gallery’s playful sense of experimentation should still remain intact, epitomised by its past creations like a sirloin burger constructed with a beef patty stuffed with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses and topped with onion marmalade, as well as farfalle with stewed beef rump and black olives.

Plus fanciful desserts including a ‘chocolate vault’ of milk chocolate mousse coated with dark chocolate and paired with raspberry-orange sauce, and a Baked Alaska comprising coconut cake and mango sorbet covered with meringue and accompanied by pandan paste.
