The Big Cheese at Da:Men Subang: Snapshot

The Big Cheese aims to be the toast of Subang, specialising in an array of grilled cheese sandwiches – you can choose from ‘Just Cheese’ to other varieties bolstered with, say, Marmite, chili con carne, ham, bacon, tomato and basil, or onions and leek, paired with a side order such as nachos or mac and cheese, plus a beverage, for a total of between RM16 and RM19.

Satisfyingly stretchy in its cheesiness, flavoursome in its proportions, served in bread with a warm, fresh crunch. A good, guilty indulgence, especially appropriate this week, with the U.S. celebrating National Grilled Cheese Day.
