Let’s keep the lattes flowing: Also worth a visit, Bricks Coffee in Damansara Perdana. Bricks is a cozy-enough cafe; Damansara Perdana has long been a wasteland for coffee lovers, but this oasis of Colombia Supremo beans is no mirage.

Latte

The latte’s not too shabby (RM9); somewhere in the could-be-better, could-be-worse category.

Affogato

Try the affogato (RM12), with double-shot espresso and Forty Licks salted caramel ice cream.

And the name? Lots of exposed bricks here, but Bricks might also refer to the owners’ experience in both the F&B and real estate sectors. Here’s hoping this tentative start, with sandwiches and other food to come soon, is sufficient foundation for Bricks’ eventual success.
