Ice cream cakes, born of a mother’s love: Swich founder Cheng Cheng’s two sons enjoy ice cream cakes, but she wanted to create the best version possible. Plated to order on evocative tableware, Swich’s own-made ice cream comprises Johor-origin cempedak fruit on a dense chiffon base – compellingly luscious, blessed with a potent fragrance & mellow flavour, lovely in both texture & taste. It’s the latest hit at Swich’s newest branch in Atria Shopping Gallery.
