Don’t skip the tarts supplied to this new café by home baker Ling’s Kitchen; they’re delicious, compellingly well-made with top-flight ingredients. The Gula Melaka egg tart is a tasty new take on familiar flavours, but try the Belgian dark choc mousse tart tinged with raspberries and passion fruit meringue tart too.
