Starter

• Tian of home smoked salmon with poached quail egg and caviar (add RM39)
• Duck Confit Pastila

Main Course

• Tagine of Lamb with prunes and almonds
• Panfried snapper with assorted mushrooms, topped with parsnip crisps in a beurre blanc sauce and watercress oil
• Warm boudin of chicken with wild mushrooms, pumpkin puree and cashew nuts

Desserts

• Christmas Raspberry, White Chocolate and Hazelnut Ice Cream Balls, on a bed of Chocolate Crunch with a Raspberry, Acai and Goji Berry Coulis
