Boeuf bourguignon is presented with a nod to Southeast Asia, thanks to the presence of rice (RM38), while the floating island dessert, featuring feather-soft, smooth creme anglaise in a milky sauce, provides a pleasant close to the meal. A friendly neighbourhood eatery with a warm and welcoming team, Mat Salleh may well deserve to be a permanent resident in Bangsar.
