Father's Day Beefed Up Barbecue Weekend at Sunway Resort

Father’s Day with Sunway Resort this 18th and 19th June 2022 brings a scrumptious barbecue buffet weekend for lunch and dinner at The Resort Café. An extensive menu curated by Chef de Cuisine Afiq Matkhir packs an outdoor barbecue of the finest meats marinated in a secret blend of recipes.

Highlights from the menu include a 24-hour Mushroom-rubbed Roasted Beef Ribeye with Black Pepper sauce, Roasted Saddle of Lamb with Rosemary sauce wrapped in layers of Homemade Sausages, a Whole Roasted Chicken with Mushroom sauce, and the pièce de résistance: an outdoor backyard barbecue-inspired pop-up for fathers.

Be the ‘King of the Grill’ and step up to the barbecue station to select the finest fresh meat, seafood, and poultry to be set over live fire for that perfect char-grilled flavour!

The fun doesn’t stop at a good meal; plenty of hands-on activities designed for father and children time are also available to be signed up for.
