Cocoraw produces small-batch ganache treats that rely on Belgian cocoa solids and fresh dairy, mainly in two varieties – dark or milk – with occasional specials like Salted Gula Melaka, Alcoholics Anonymous (with rum) or the recent Surprise (with carbonated candy). The results are reasonably rich and creamy, potently flavoursome and sensibly priced – RM25 for an 18-cube box of the specials, more than sufficient to satiate four people. Worth checking out if you’re into chocolates.
