Tujoh at Section 17, Petaling Jaya: Cafe review
With a soaring skylight set over a soothing space, Tujoh’s leafy interior isn’t what you’d expect of a Section 17 shop-house – this PJ neighbourhood’s newest cafe seems set for social media success, a credit to its founders who’ve gone the extra yard.
The menu springs a few surprises too – our favourite order here is the Wafu Hambagu, comprising a chicken patty stuffed with a runny yolk, topped with garlic mashed potatoes and sweet shoyu, a tasty combo that’ll be comfort food for many customers (RM23).
Other competently executed headliners include a riff on beef stroganoff with Asian spices (RM18) and crispy-skinned salmon fillet slathered with creamy mentaiko sauce (RM32), complemented by flat whites (RM10) and hojicha lattes (RM12).

With all these review…. i think it is godsend if you could tell how easy or hard it is to get parking in the area of the cafe…. case in point… no matter how good is the nasi lemak at the village park uptown damansara…. parking is a nightmare….. i circled the area 3-4 times then i gave up last week…. less stressful to get a so-so nasik lemak at an mediocre place that i can park in front/nearby the place rather than so stressed just to get a parking space…….
We’ll take that into consideration! As an alternative though, perhaps getting a taxi/Uber/Grab would be worth it for delicious food 😀
