The World's Chocolate at the Hilton Kuala Lumpur: Snapshot
With an all-day dining restaurant named after the first European sailor to reach India by sea, Vasco’s of Hilton Kuala Lumpur presents Chocolate Factory!
For the whole month of August, in harmony with a concerted Hilton effort to highlight a seasonal produce of the month, this chocolate buffet will take you on a journey across the world by cocoa-infused delicacies.
As a specially-curated addition to the usual buffet spread, many high-quality chocolates from around the globe including France’s Valrhona, Switzerland’s Felchlin, Belgium’s Callebaut, and Germany’s Kondima in various percentages will be served in the form of buttons. Other chocolate-centric delicacies such as verrines, profiteroles, truffles, Mille Feuille, and many more will also be accompanying the spread.
This fantastic spread is the cumulative of 30 years worth of experience in the pastry kitchen by Chef Joachim Caula. With a repertoire of Mille Feuille, Opera Cake, Hazelnut Chocolate Cream cake, and more with the finest ingredients, Chef Joachim has been awarded Chevalier d’Honoraire of the Chaine des Rotisseurs by His Majesty King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden in 1998.
With so much chocolate catering to all levels of taste, sweetness, and combinations, be sure to go easy, or have a cup of plain black coffee to wash it all down!
The Chocolate Factory is available every day from now until the 31st of August, at 6pm to 10.30pm. Pricing is at RM188nett per adult, and RM68nett per child. 20% discounts are applicable for credit card partners and in-house guests, while standard Hilton Dining APAC discounts also apply.
