Don’t walk into Fuzion expecting strange combinations of flavours or bamboozling concoctions; this restaurant’s name refers to the array of cuisines, but promises that each one is delivered authentically and to the highest-quality possible, whether it be wood-fired pizzas or fresh sashimi, Moroccan prawns or Indian dhal.

In line with the promise of high quality, the team at Fuzion are preoccupied with freshness, incorporating live actions stations into the buffet spread to give customers the bonus of cooked-to-order food that arrives warm, fresh, and personalised. Don’t fancy carbonara? Just ask the pasta chef for something else!

That said, diners will struggle to find an edible stone unturned on this comprehensive buffet spread, where Italian aromas (don’t miss the risotto) waft from one corner and fresh noodles tempt from another (the Seafood Noodle Soup is a must-try). Indian curries, Japanese sushi and sashimi, Western stews and one-pot dishes, and Malay specialities will all call for your attention, while tucked outside in the al fresco area is a BBQ station that offers roast lamb and a selection of marinated meat and fish simply begging to be flung on the grill.

If it’s a cool night, the terrace area is a lovely place to sit and watch the palm trees sway, but there is also ample space inside, with two semiprivate dining areas for those wanting to eat in peace and a total capacity of 360 diners.

The health-conscious will have further reason to rejoice at Fuzion, as the staff grow their own herbs, load the salad bar up with super foods, and blitz up vitamin-packed juices at the juice bar. But don’t let your calorie counting stop you visiting the dessert counter, where classics of tiramisu, bread and butter pudding, chocolate cake, and strawberry tart come in bite-sized chunks and crepes are fried and flipped just for you. .ere is also a good selection of wine and some seriously decedent warm beverages (the hot chocolate topped with cream is divine).

Diners can’t help but leave Fuzion feeling very full and rather smug, having spent an hour or two in a place where every whim is catered for, and food tastes as it should: packed with wholesome flavours and healthy flourishes.
