Possibly KL’s most painstakingly prepared rosti, cooked to order by Swiss-trained chef Elcey Tan with three types of potatoes for a fragrant flavour, crisp and lightly crusty to the bite, simultaneously firm and tender to the chew. Do note that chef Elcey usually works alone, so dining at Rosti Haus is strictly on a reservation basis. Make sure you make a booking before you visit!
