Pizza Parties at Strato, Troika Sky Dining: Restaurant Review

Something to try someday: Strato, the sky-high Italian restaurant at The Troika, sometimes throws all-you-can-eat pizza parties on Thursday evenings.

Unique Toppings

Haven’t attended the parties but we’ve had one unique pizza they serve, with king fish marinated with mirin sake, flaked tuna, momotaro tomatoes, shaved fennel, sliced onions, olive oil & tuna sauce (also available on the a la carte menu for RM50++).

Other potential highlights include a deluxe cheese pizza of Sainte-Maure, Fourme D’Ambert Blue, buffalo mozzarella and freshly shaved parmesan with fondue sauce. These 6pm-8pm pizza parties cost RM95++ per person, which includes a free flow of wine and beer.

Cocktails

Once the party ends, move on to cocktails: Singapore Sling with fresh pomegranate juice instead of commercial grenadine, as well as this Spicy White Lady, peppery with Cayenne and Szechuan.
