Punny name for this two-person pop-up that tackles a trio of soup noodles: Curry Laksa, Assam Laksa & Prawn Mee.

Suresh & Willie are two men with a mission: They say they’ve roamed the nation, sampling laksa in towns from north to south. Despite having no formal culinary training, they’ve fine-tuned three primary recipes that are now offered for weekday lunches only at Solaris Dutamas’ TTP.my printing shop. If Suresh & Willie have their way, Laksaamana’s recipes may someday bubble in food trucks & mall kiosks, but for now, customers who work in Solaris Dutamas & like laksa may want to check ’em out here.

No pressing complaints; the noodles strike enjoyably familiar, capably executed notes, topped & tangled with most of the pivotal accompaniments. Spicy curry mee with a savoury santan milkiness, tangy assam laksa with fishy & herbaceous shadings, & (our best bet) prawn mee with shredded chicken in briny-sweet broth – Suresh & Willie make the soup stocks & base themselves, freshly kick-starting the cooking every morning. Each helping (between RM5.50 & RM7) suffices for lunch.
