It’s always cause for celebration whenever the folks of Cielo Dolci embark on one of their inventive new initiatives – this month’s top dessert destination might well be Every Sundae, which serves gorgeously customisable soft gelato sundaes.

Plenty of possibilities for your personalised pleasure: Choose a base – cup, handmade cone, orange crepe, giant choux, giant cookie or Belgian waffle; then select a soft-serve flavour – for now, it’s vanilla beans, raspberry cinnamon sorbetto, deep dark chocolate, salted caramel or a mix of two flavours – with toppings like caramel popcorn, cookie crumbs, cotton candy, lemon marshmallows, strawberry meringue & cheesecake crumbs, plus sauces that include butterscotch sesame, pandan kaya, chantilly cream, passion fruit compote, berries compote & chocolate fudge. A complete sundae will probably cost RM14-RM16.

Here’s our salted caramel soft-serve in choux pastry, surrounded by cotton candy, embellished with pandan kaya sauce. Every Sundae’s soft gelato is luxuriously smooth, pretty much what you’d imagine a cross between soft-serve ice cream & gelato would be. Made fresh on-site everyday, rich in the penetrating flavours that have been Cielo Dolci’s forte from the start.

Dark Chocolate

Dark chocolate soft-serve with butterscotch sesame sauce & lemon marshmallows on Belgian waffles; all of Every Sundae’s cones, crepes, cookies & waffles are also house-made by the outlet’s resident pastry specialists. Presentations prove photogenic, ensuring that Every Sundae’s creations will pop up relentlessly on your social media feed for months to come.

Cielo Dolci pioneer Kee Win recommends unleashing your imagination as far as possible – a tangy blend of vanilla & raspberry cinnamon soft-serves with passion fruit compote in an orange crepe will be fun for fans of fruits. We look forward to seeing how Every Sundae’s repertoire evolves to showcase the envelope-pushing experimentation that its founders excel in.

Soft-serve takeaways in cups & cones are offered from Every Sundae’s walk-up counter. A small selection of regular gelato is also available, plus occasional cakes. Soft-launch business hours are roughly 12pm-8pm – everyday is an Every Sundae day.
