Enjoy a Special Dinner at Mezze by a Chef from a Michelin Starred Restaurant

From August 6th to 12th, 2016, Mezze Bistro, in collaboration with Kronenbourg Brewery brings you cuisine in the creative and exquisite style of young star Chef Alexy Fuchs. Mezze’s executive group head chef, Yves Pierre Renou, and Chef Fuchs will showcase a week of cuisine that’s distinctively true to their home in Alsace, France.

Chef AlexyFuchs is currently helming Le Gavroche, a one-star Michelin restaurant in the scenic town of Strasbourg, Alsace region, France – which where Kronenbourg Brewery hails from. This is Fuchs’ second visit to Malaysia.

Only 25 years old when Le Gavroche was award it’s first star, Chef Fuchs went on to win the famed Henry Huck 2014 trophy. Coming from a culinary family, Chef Fuchs honed his skills with guidance from his parents, Natalie and Benoit Fuchs.

Giving a creative modern twist to Alsatian classics, the Fuchs family has elevated the food culture in Strasbourg with their perfectly executed interpretations.

This month, Kronenbourg and Mezze are proud to share Le Gavroche’s modern classic cuisine with selected Kronenbourg-inspired dishes. Dishes are best enjoyed with a carefully crafted K1664 cocktail by Mezze’s mixologist or boutique wines curated by resident sommelier, Sebastien Le Francois.
