Bibisik at SkyPark, One City USJ: Snapshot
Bibisik’s forte is its wide selection of Malaysian classics served in a vibrant setting – the curry laksa (RM13.90) and nasi ayam stim (RM11.90) seem like sensibly priced meals, with other nation-spanning temptations like murtabak, mee mamak, mee rebus, acar, rojak, cucur jagung, pasembur, nasi kerabu ayam percik, udang petai, kailan ikan masin, telur cincalok, cendol, pisang goreng, pulut hitam manis to keep ’em coming.
The food is competently prepared mall fare, though the use of a fresher spice mix might make the laksa taste livelier. Note that the kitchen can sometimes get swamped by a lunch crowd.
