Many premium ingredients symbolising the best of the best is to be had with a quality seafood platter including Salmon, Yellow Tail, Hokkigai Shell, and Sea Urchin. These delectable slices are flown in fresh from the land of the rising sun, and are specially prepared by Ebisu’s in-house pride of a culinary team—Chef de Cuisine Kuso Kamiishi, also known as Chef Ricky and team.

Each Japanese Yee Sang is portioned for 2 persons, and is available for dine-in or take-away from the 4th of January to the 8th of February 2020. Options for Yee Sang types are as listed below.
