3. Curbside Cantina

The newest kid on the Mexican block is a food truck that crafts mainly Mexican-influenced recipes with love-it-or-hate-it twists, like chili con carne with Indian papadums instead of tortilla chips. Our favourite is the ‘cemita’ burger, comprising chicken with avocado, cheese, herbs and spices for a hearty meal with unique, nicely balanced flavours – well worth RM10, the cost of each of Curbside Cantina’s reasonably priced offerings. The truck can be found at different locations on various nights, including Bangsar and Taman Tun Dr Ismail.
