Mama Kim Sauna Mee uses hand-crafted hot stone bowls that are placed in a special oven for 50 minutes and heated up to 250 Celsius. They follow a 80/20 rule for a balanced combination of meat and more than five healthy colours of vegetables. Even the preparation of ingredients is thought out, where Ocean Minerals Salt is used to wash them. Dishes are prepared in five different ways – simmered, boiled, fried, baked, and steamed. Some examples include Baked cheesy mushroom rice, Boiled black porridge, and Wild mushroom fried rice.
