Throughout November 2015, the Coolinary Ronins pop-up kitchen turns into an altar for offal every Friday and Saturday at Damansara Uptown’s The Great Beer Bar, with devotees congregating for bao-styled steamed mantao stuffed with beef tripe, tongue, lung & meat in Chinese soy sauce, served in dim sum baskets, as well as gyoza packed with a Franken-fowl blend of chicken meat, duck meat & crunchy duck gizzard, laced with salt & chilli flakes, accompanied by black vinegar sauce with ginger.
