“The Broken Ice Cream” at FIQS Gastronomy, Subang

The latest inventive indulgence from FIQS Gastronomy is a dessert that’s intended to help customers relive their childhood memories – in a nostalgic, positive way – of accidentally dropping their ice-cream after barely getting a grip on the cone. Seafood at Roost, Bangsar

One of Telawi’s latest restaurants showcases local seafood in fine fashion: we’re fans of the lavender-smoked king prawns with Malaysian mozzarella cheese and herbs (RM32) and the mangrove crab claw veloute with roasted corn and dill oil (RM28).
